We understand that plans change. When you book with us we are flexible to replan your tour.

- A cancellation has to be sent to us by email at mail@footprintholiday.com
- Cancel up to 30 days prior to arrival and there will be no cancellation fee and the deposits become credit for future travel.
- 30 -1 Day prior to arrival date 30% of tour cost
- After Arrival / In Between the tour 100% of tour cost.
- Below is the standard cancellation policy but we will put our best possible effort to minimise the cancellation charges
- If you contract the covid prior to arrival then there will be no cancellation fee and the deposits become credit for future travel.
- After you deposit the first payment to confirm the tour rest can be paid in instalments up to 7 days prior to arrival.
- Once the booking is done and if the guest asks for changes or amendments in the itinerary along with hotel reservation then Rs. 5000 will be charged as an amendment fee. There will be no charges for adding group members, but it will be charged as per our cancellation policy for removing members.
